Counseling Fees & Insurance Acceptance
At Evergreen Counseling & Mediation, I work hard to make care as accessible as possible. I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, and Optum/United Behavioral Health. Because every plan is different, I strongly recommend contacting your insurance provider ahead of time to confirm your specific benefits and coverage.
If you don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it, my self-pay rate is $150 per session. Please reach out if you have questions—my office can help you understand and navigate your coverage so you can get the care you need.
Divorce Mediation Fees
Divorce mediation at Evergreen Counseling & Mediation is billed at $200 per hour. In addition to the hourly mediation rate, there is a $400 flat fee for preparing the written Divorce Settlement Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding, which you and your attorney can then submit to the court as part of your divorce paperwork.
This structure allows you to pay only for the time you need in session, while ensuring you receive a clear, comprehensive document that reflects the agreements you’ve reached.
